Best Practices for Beginners
To ensure safe and effective use of your AUVELY device, please follow these guidelines:
Start Low and Slow
Suction: Always begin with Level 1.
Heat: Use the lowest temperature setting.
Duration: Limit initial sessions to 5 minutes per area.
Use Oil to Reduce Friction
Apply a light layer of massage oil or lotion to the area before use.
Avoid Sensitive Areas
Do not use the device directly on joints, thin skin, or areas prone to irritation.
Focus on larger muscle groups like the back, shoulders, or thighs.
Gradual Progression
Increase suction, heat, and duration gradually as your body adapts.
Use Beginner Mode
To enable beginner-friendly settings, turn on the device and toggle the power button to switch modes. The first mode, shown as a single dash on the LED, provides continuous suction.
The beginner mode, shown as two dashes, alternates: 30 seconds of suction followed by 2-second pump cycles.
Listen to Your Body
If you feel discomfort, reduce settings immediately or stop using the device.
Start with a Clean Surface
Ensure your skin is clean and dry before using the device, unless used for gliding purposes with oil.
Remember: Everyone’s skin tolerance is different. Starting slow and following these best practices can help you achieve safe and effective results.

This includes, but is not limited to, injuries resulting from burns, skin strain, allergic reactions, or improper handling of the device, including disassembly, exposure to water, or failure to clean and maintain the device as instructed.
